Hybrid MCDM Solutions for Evaluation of the Logistics Performance Index of the Western Balkan Countries

Abstract The Logistics Performance Index (LPI) performed by the World Bank is an indicator of logistics environment quality a country in which operators act. LPI interactive tool designed to help countries identify challenges, innovative solutions, and opportunities they face their work field trade logistics. aim this paper conduct comparative analysis ranking Western Balkans (Bosnia Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, Serbia Montenegro), calculated for 2018, using integrated Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC)-Measurement Alternatives Ranking according Compromise Solution (MARCOS) model thus show real picture environment. In order determine performance overall performance, six key dimensions are used: customs, infrastructure, international transport, capability, tracking tracing goods shipment delivery within scheduled or expected times. Using CRITIC method, weight values previously mentioned criteria were calculated, whereby criterion related times was singled out as most significant criterion. Then, applying MARCOS ranked on basis defined criteria. Based results obtained, best-ranked Serbia. sensitivity changes significance does not ranking.
